It's Not Over - Finish Strong!
It seems a lot of people are already giving up on 2019 and focusing on 2020. Well, I have news for those of us who are still in the 2019 race ... it's NOT over as yet!!!!! I encourage you to FINISH STRONG!!!!!
Isaiah 40:31 - But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew [their] strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; [and] they shall walk, and not faint.

Who Are You Defined By?
Greetings!
Often time, we allow people to define us. Today, I want to encourage you - be defined by who GOD says you are. Do not let small minds to define who you are.
I declare and decree over my life that I am defined by GOD's WORD, not by this world.
Galatians 1:10, Am I now trying to win the favor and approval of men, or of God? Or am I seeking to please someone? If I were still trying to be popular with men, I would not be a bond-servant of Christ.

International Day of the Girl 2019
Girls are breaking boundaries and barriers posed by stereotypes and exclusion, including those directed at children with disabilities and those living in marginalized communities. As entrepreneurs, innovators and initiators of global movements, girls are creating a world that is relevant for them and future generations.
The Platform for Action specifically calls on the global community to:
- Eliminate all forms of discrimination against girls.
- Eliminate negative cultural attitudes and practices against girls.
- Promote and protect the rights of girls and increase awareness of their needs and potential.
- Eliminate discrimination against girls in education, skills development and training.
- Eliminate discrimination against girls in health and nutrition.
- Eliminate the economic exploitation of child labour and protect young girls at work.
- Eradicate violence against girls.
- Promote girls’ awareness of and participation in social, economic and political life.
- Strengthen the role of the family in improving the status of girls.

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month
Awareness + Action = Social Change
My #1 Thing is to continue to educate and empower about Domestic Violence.
Today, I want to empower you about the Power of Healing. Healing is defined as to make or become healthy or whole again; to restore to original purity in mind, body, and soul.
Choose to be healed and be made whole again - in body, mind and soul. Don't be ashamed, but share your story with others who care.

Self Care Is Vital
Exhausted, uninspired, or unwell? Time for self-care treatment!!!!
Self-care is any activity that we do deliberately in order to take care of our mental, emotional, and physical health.
I am sharing with you the 12 ways to take better care of yourself from Tchiki Davis, Ph.D., Psychology Today:
1. Make sleep part of your self-care routine. 2. Take care of yourself by taking care of your gut.
3. Exercise daily as part of your self-care routine.
4. Eat right for self-care.
5. Say no to others, and say yes to your self-care.
6. Take a self-care trip.
7. Take a self-care break by getting outside.
8. Let a pet help you with your self-care.
9. Take care of yourself by getting organized.
10. Cook at home to care for yourself.
11. Read a book on self-care for self-care.
12. Schedule your self-care time, and guard that time with everything you have.

If Not Now ... Then When????
“The graveyard is the richest place on earth, because it is here that you will find all the hopes and dreams that were never fulfilled, the books that were never written, the songs that were never sung, the inventions that were never shared, the cures that were never discovered, all because someone was too afraid to take that first step, keep with the problem, or determined to carry out their dream.” Les Brown
The time is NOW!! Tomorrow is not promised. Realized that vision, goal, or dream.

Parental Involvement at Molding of Generation Z Summer Program
Research indicates a significant relationship between parental involvement programs overall and academic achievement, both for younger (preelementary and elementary school) and older (secondary school) students. Parental involvement programs, as a whole, were associated with higher academic achievement.
This is why our Molding of Generation Z Summer Program is for BOTH caring adults (parents/guardians) and youth.
Parents volunteer, assist in any capacity that's needed, and also actively engage in the sessions conducted by the various experts.
Fruit Of My Lips
According to Dr. Caroline Leaf , 75% to 95% of the illnesses that plague us today are a direct result of our thought life. What we think about affects us physically and emotionally. It's an epidemic of toxic emotions.
Improve your mindset by speaking positive; by speaking the Word of GOD.

The Five Promises - Molding of Generation Z Summer Program
Our Molding of Generation Z Summer Program incorporates the Five Promises of America's Promises to our young people. We mold them through education and empowerment. Incorporating these promises, we know that our youth are more likely to transition successfully to young adulthood, college and/or career-readiness. #AmericasPromises #FivePromises #MoldingofGenerationZ
THE 5 PROMISES CHANGE LIVES (americaspromise.org)
PROMISE NO.1
Caring Adults
Caring adults are the centerpieces of children’s development. They serve as guides, caretakers and advisers, who give positive and productive guidance throughout their development.
PROMISE NO.2
Safe Places
To develop intellectually and emotionally, young people need physical and psychological safety at home, at school and in the community. Without such “safe places” – environments that support and encourage inquiry, exploration, and play without fear of harm – children aren’t able to get support, form positive relationships and concentrate on school.
PROMISE NO.3
A Healthy Start
Healthy and well-nourished children are more able to develop their minds and bodies as they should, and they are far more capable of concentrating, learning and thriving throughout their school years.
PROMISE NO.4
Effective Education
Our increasingly knowledge-driven world demands people who have the education and skills to thrive in a competitive marketplace, and to understand the increasingly complex world in which they live. That means that in order to compete and succeed, all young people will need an effective education that prepares them for work and life.
PROMISE NO.5
Opportunities to Help Others
Through service to others, young Americans develop the character and competence they need to be helpful, hopeful and civically engaged all their lives, regardless of their own life circumstances.

National Crime Victims’ Rights Week
It's National Crime Victims' Rights Week.
The #NCVRW2019 theme is “Honoring Our Past. Creating Hope for the Future,” reminding us of our progress and inspiring us to keep pushing forward.
When victims feel understood and supported, they are more likely to seek services, which leads to a stronger and more resilient community. #NCVRW2019

WORDS KILL, WORDS GIVE LIFE - CHOOSE WISELY
I choose to SPEAK "I can" and "I will".
We hurt our own lives by self-pronouncing word curses when we don't believe in our selves or trust GOD that HE has already given us the gifts we need to do any and every thing.
*Don't operate or live in limit and restrictions when the WORD OF GOD declares that "For with GOD nothing shall be impossible."
